About us

J Squared Construction was established in 2014 by Arch. John Simon G. Guevarra only 3 years after he took the board exams.

Arch. Jas, as most people would call him, is the eldest of three children. He is currently residing in Bacolod City together with his architect wife and three kids.

Arch. Jas' vision has always inspired him to build sustainable structures that would reflect the client's personality and authenticity.

Not only that, the firm consists of creative and experienced architects, engineers and other professionals that will ensure that all project will be stable, true and can withstand the test of time.
